Registration and Login FAQs

I am a registered agent for multiple companies within the Allstate Life Group of Companies. Which agent number do I use to register with? Register with your agent number. You will have the ability to view policies written by all of your agent numbers.
Can I update my registration information after initial registration? Registration information can be updated by clicking the Update Profile link after logging in.
Should I choose my own username and password or is one assigned to me? Using your own username and password allows you to choose a login easy for you to remember.
Are the last four digits of my zip code required? Five-digit or nine-digit zip codes are optional.
Why do I need the password reminder question? The password reminder is a tool to help you remember your login information.
I received an unsuccessful registration message. What do I do? The registration form displays the error in your registration attempt. Correct the error and submit the request again for successful registration.
How do I remind myself of my username? Click Forgotten Username and enter the e-mail address you used when registering. Your username is e-mailed to you if the e-mail address matches the e-mail address you provided during registration.
How do I remind myself of my password? Click Forgotten Password and enter your username. Answer the password reminder question you chose when you registered. You will then be prompted to choose and confirm a new password.
The username I want is not available. Do I have to choose a different one? The username is unique to each visitor on the site. If the username you prefer is taken, you must choose a new one.
I have exceeded the maximum number of login attempts. How can I successfully log in? Click Forgotten Username to receive your username via e-mail. Once the username is received, enter your username and click Forgotten Password to reset your password.
Can I allow more than one assistant access to the website? Yes. You can instantly assign or revoke access to your office assistants by completing the Request Assistant Access Form under Update Profile.
Can assistants view policies for multiple agents in our agency? Yes. Each agent must request assistant access for a specific assistant, even if the assistant already has site access.
Do I have to enter my social security number and personal information on the Internet? The accessallstate.com website identifies users by the last four digits of their social security number, last name, and agent number. Be assured that 128-bit encryption and other security measures are used to ensure all personal information is secure.
